Automated Customer Pricing and Contract Workflow
A controlled workflow designed to move customer intake through feasibility, pricing, review, quote and contract steps while keeping approval with a person.
This is a concept study created to demonstrate system thinking and interface direction. It is not presented as commissioned client work, a live deployment or evidence of commercial outcomes.
Context
Customer details, pricing decisions and documents can become fragmented across forms, email and internal tools.
The Problem
Repeated data entry and unclear handoffs make it difficult to see what has been reviewed, approved or sent. Fully automatic decisions can also remove necessary business judgement.
The Approach
The concept combines structured intake, business-owned rules, optional AI assistance, explicit approval states and document drafting in one traceable sequence.
System Overview
A customer request enters a validated intake flow and moves through feasibility review and configurable pricing logic. A person approves the commercial decision before the system prepares a quote or contract draft and updates the internal workflow state.
System shape
Key features and workflow.
Structured customer and project intake
Feasibility flags and review notes
Configurable, business-owned pricing rules
Human approval before customer-facing output
Quote and contract draft preparation

- Pricing rules would need to be supplied, tested and approved by the operating business.
- Contract templates and generated drafts would require qualified legal review.
- No CRM, e-signature or email integration is described as live.
- No claim is made about revenue, conversion or turnaround-time improvement.
